Rolex 1950s price?

I know everyone hates these threads but this ones a hard one

Its a Rolex 12856 9ct gold solid gold case

I cant really find this kind online anyone got a rough idea?

Danny: Just my 2¢ - the 1950's price is irrelevant since the seller wants £600.

I would be careful as s/he knows little about Rolex. For example, "Superb condition, rare to find rolex t. as this is when rolex owned tudor they have since been bought out.. immaculet watch."

Well today would expect the total gold value almost to be what the watch is worth.And normally the bracelets are not solid gold on the Tudor line expect its just gold plated. I don't normally give out values but I would say mainly because case is gold around £400 -£600 on a very good day.

think Ill avoid I put it off just now as he claimed he had someone coming tonight to buy it but would instead post it to me the next day for the same price so I just avoided and told him let me know tomorrow if it falls through

thanks I thought it maybe worth something in several years to come but maybe not think Ill avoid
