Marylands Own Tudor Dealer
Made the trip today to towson town center in Md to finally see the new Tudor watches. I planned on buying the Black bay strictly from pictures but this trip made me pull the trigger.
The salesman that helped me said Tudor has been a hot seller. 4 sold this week already and he said 3 watches sold before the showcase even went up. Tryed on a few models. Black bay on leather is absolutely amazing. Such a unique look. Love the vintage feel. The Chrono blue I liked but for me it seems like the dial is too close to the glass. Maybe because im use to Rolex.. I will say I liked the palagos in pictures but outside the new clasp im not a fan. Very dull in person imo. Overall the Tudor showcase is very impressive and I have no doubts it will be popular. Heres a few pics from the trip. I will have pictures of my Black Bay on thursday thats to DavidSw. Of course I got a much better deal on good ol TRF!!! |

Radcliffe Jewellers? I spent a lot of time there in the 80s.

The Tudor line just arrived in Arizona also. They just got the full line in 10 days ago, I am planning a quick trip on Friday.
I can't wait to see the BB, it looks great on that vintage strap.

Yes Mike Radcliffes. Great place for used Rolexs. And now New Tudors
I have a SS BB coming. After the trip there I know now I need that leather band. Id like to either trade or just buy one from the AD. They said it would cost $437. Not bad |

I almost heldout because I was iffy about the red. But when you see it in person its a great Classic Maroon color. Its very unique.
Im still hoping to have the option to switch between the red and black one day. Fingers crossed. After I seen a member post this pic I been dreaming about it LOL |

Congrats on the Black Bay. I just ordered this model from Radcliffe Jewelers too. I had the pleasure to meet the third employee of Tudor USA who was doing a site visit. Perfect Timing (no pun intended). Love the look of the new blue Heritage "Monte Carlo" Chrono - oh my. In person it looks so nice. Been trying to source a white face Date Day Glamour with burgundy leather strap for two years. I was so thrilled to be able to custom order one from Geneva, finally. Should be here around the holidays.

More power to you, but I want the Black Bay on ss bracelet. I can't deal with what I consider over-distressing the leather strap. To my eye it doesn't look properly used or vintage, it seems to be Abercrombie & Fitch or AE youth-oriented 'faux distressed'.

I have the BB on the SS oyster bracelet too. Love it! I admire the leather bracelet but for me, the BB had to be on the oyster.

I was at the only nearby Tudor AD a couple of weeks ago as well. The sales guy was really talking them up after showing me Rolex and Panerai (I got the feeling he felt Tudor was 'more in my price range' ).
I liked when he said "Yeah we can't keep the Black Bay in stock. They're actually selling above list". I really hope that people aren't paying above list for them given what they're selling for LNIB on the forums lately. Or, maybe I DO hope that's the case, and I should pick a few up and set up camp right outside the mall entrance. :) |

Tried on the BB for the first time over the weekend, and I must say it is a great looking piece!
