I hated to walk away from it, but Im holding out for white dial.

Real nice dealer. Has all the good stuff in stock, except for the SS Daytona :)

Probably, but they will not trans-ship. I have bought a lot of watches from them and they always treat me very fair.

Now how long till they get a white face in

It was not in the case. They have LV, GMTIIC in the case but the Milgauss was in the back. They hate flippers and I would not want to jeapordize the relationship for $1500 bucks I could make on the watch.

A local AD here is expecting to get some in the next week or so. They won't be hitting the cases.

I don't get it. He sells watches for a living. What does he care what you do with it as long as you pay him what he's asking.

Your 100% wrong there....

The Milgauss is an allocated watch. The dealer will always be asking for them, but only get a limited amount. If I had a limited amount of something that everyone wanted, I would sell to actual customers.

They had another customer in mind for the watch so I passed and I bet I will get a call when the first white dial one comes in

I aggree if the AD gets an unlimited supply, sell to anyone that walks through the door, who cares, but if they are limited I would service the people who are good to me, not just some guy looking to make a quick buck and never see them again.

I'm guessing you don't mean "actual customer," but rather, a customer with repeat business. Anyone willing to pay would have to fall within the meaning of "actual customer." Otherwise, I agree that anything with a limited allocation should be held for customers that have repeat business. That just makes more sense.

You know how i works... walk in and buy a gold YM2 or something with diamonds for the wifey.... pay 20k and he offers you a milgauss at list. AD's like to service their customers. Specially with a limitied watch like the MIlgauss.

That's ashamed...to get it at list after such a purchase. I got my GV at a $500 discount plus a ten year warranty and two free RSC services. It is supposed to be here February 19. However, in the past year I have bought a SS GMT IIC, a TT GMT IIc, a LV Sub, a SS Daytona, and a SS Ladies diamond DJ. Maybe I should have gotten more than $500 off.

Wow, I thought they halted production on the GV?

Guess not. Congrats! Make sure to post pic's when you get it.

ADs are as loyal as car dealers. They do what gets them the most money.
