help me choose 15400 colour!
silver:
appeals to me the most as it looks 'clean' and elegant i already have 2 black dialed watches however, my skin tone is very pale and somehow i think it does not look good on me. black: most of my friends say black looks nicer black can be worn with more casual clothes which i tend to prefer does not appeal to me as much as the silver one blue: does not appeal to me at all i prefer the greyish-blue of the nautilus 5711 than ap as you can see i'm in quite a quandary between the black and the silver. can someone help? |

Of the three, I still like the blue...
But of the 2, I'm leaning toward black. I mostly have black dial watches also, just seem to prefer them. White looks great on my wrist and I'm looking down at it. However, when I take a look in the mirror to see how it looks against my body, I usually find the white dial to be a bit washed out. |

I went through the same quandary recently and went with the silver face. I'd say to go with your gut and try not to over analyse it.

I prefer the darker dials. I have the black 15400, but would be equally happy with the blue dial.

I love black but based on your comments you like silver better, just go with what you like, you are the one wearing ;)

Since you don't like the blue dial, it's a toss up between black and silver. Either will be fine. I like the silver dial for the inter-play with surrounding light and reflective nature but also the black dial for the sharp look.
Mine is a white / silver dial though. |

Easy - Go for the white 15400 so then you can add the blue 5711 later

i think the white/silver photographs the best, but, to my eyes, the blue looks the best in real life. that being said, it seems like you want the white/silver, so, go for it.
