Fair Value for TT GMT ref 1675 (on leather band)
I am looking at a TT GMT model ref 1675 on a leather band (non rolex). It is being sold on the high 3Ks. Do you think it is worth negotiating for. I have a jubilee bracelet that will work with it. It is circa 70's, nipple hr markers, black/gold bezel, matte black dial. It is very tempting! However, I have the rootbeer GMT also with nipples that I got for for about the same price with SS/Gold Oyster bracelet.
What do you think guys! Need your help. Just want to complete my GMT collection. |

How's the condition of the 1675? When has it last been serviced? Does it have papers and box?
In good condition, but not having a bracelet the price should be 2.5 K, IMHO. Otherwise, I'd propose 2,000 to the seller.

To me buying on a strap is about the same as buying head only and should be priced as such. A lot depends on condition and history. One was recently offered on another forum for 3.2 K.
