SIlver stick dial with smooth bezel.....very classy and understated!
Thanks! I'm sure I've talked about it here, but It's a 1600 that my Dad wore for 20+ years and gave to me. Before he got it, someone had converted it to steel and gold. I had it converted back by ABC Watchwerks, who did a fantastic job.

Sweet insert Nathaniel - it finishes your watch nicely
John, we just got a new puppy - how about that and a kidney for your rail dial?

Russ great shot of your 1680 and agree with you on Nathaniel's insert. I'm thinking if your new puppy is a cute little ball of fur, we could name it "fat font".

Trying out a new black leather band, I think it gives it a whole new look:

Thanks very much. Unfortunately, I don't get to wear it anymore...apparently it now belongs to the wife. But I enjoy looking at it on her wrist.

She's a reluctant enthusiast. But she admitted the other day that nobody has ever commented on a watch she wore, until she started wearing that one. She said she gets compliments weekly from friends and strangers alike, so now she knows it's more than just a watch. Which I guess means I should buy more (at least that's how I take it).

Well with the wife wearing your red...what are you wearing? Or are you on the hunt?

I'm wearing this (it's got some red in it, does that count?) and anxiously awaiting Michael Young to complete my jubilee so I can start wearing the 1503. It's two months out so hopefully it's getting close!

Well it does have Red letters so I guess it counts

Then again it's not vintage.
