Scratches and minor dings don't bother me as it's supposed to be worn but one of the polished sides of my Exp 2 has a steamed up look to it. It bugs me more because I have no idea how it happened or what could have caused it.

Flaws are faults - you're talking about wear/damage. Minor stuff doesn't bother me.

If these scratches are okay with Tom then any minor flaws on my watches are fine with me. Btw, this is how my wife's watches look in between service and she's totally cool with it and I'm cool with it too.

I think that Rolexes, expecially sport models, look badass when there is some wear showing.

When I look at my BLNR, I always think of Tom Selleck in Magnum PI. Or when I see my dad's DD, I think of Tony Soprano or Sonny Crockett. These guys were badasses, and just wore their Rolexes; they didn't keep them in a safe. I even think it looks badass when guys wear beaded or leather bracelets on the same hand. It looks less precious.

Just my two cents.

I get used to the small dings and scratches. This one happened on New Year's Eve. Don't remember how it happened though.
