Update:
Thank you to my TRF family for all the well wishes. My girls are doing well now. Kathryn had a rough morning with very little progress and hard contractions. Her obstetrician and I discussed her plan of care around lunch, and she was so miserable that we decided it would be reasonable for me to place her epidural a bit early. I placed her epidural around noon, and it seems as if shes has relaxed since. She is now dilated to 4cm and is 80% effaced. Little Allie Beth is taking her own sweet time about showing her pretty little face today. I told her that it would be most excellent for her to be born today so that her birthday would always be on an 'open six' day  Here are the supplies as I gathered them to place her epidural catheter. It went in without difficulty. I think Kathryn was a bit nervous about me putting it in place, but Honestly.......I didn't feel a bit nervous at all. I know I can take better care of her than anyone else. Of course I would call one of my partners to take over if someone gets into distress.

She finally arrived!!!! Thank you everyone for all your kind words and well wishes
She was born at 8:52pm. Weighing in at 7 lbs 0 oz. Everyone is happy.......Even daddy because he has an "Open 6 Day Baby"  Her "push present" ring is on her finger in this picture. Little Allie Beth is doing so well.
