I always stay at the Wynn. Fantastic hotel. I will be there for the 4th of July weekend. However, shopping for watches in the Wynn stores is not recommended, as everyone mentioned before, no discount whatsoever. I guess the stores there are for those big gamblers that don't worry about a few thousand here and there.

Love Vegas, Love the Wynn and Love Rolex! However, that AD at the Wynn will give NO discounts. Browse and enjoy!

Many thanks for all the tips - yes, it's my first time to Vegas - I will be sporting my own BLNR in the Wynn. I will post an update in the week!

Slightly off topic, but I knew a guy, not rich but making decent money, who would ONLY pay full price. He felt asking for discounts was being cheap. Cracked me up, but each to their own.

I will ask for a discount on a magazine that has an indentation from the shipping band. And always get it. Keeps me in practice. I always ask for a discount, and use various persuasion techniques to get one if possible. Hey, if you don't ask, you never know.

The Wynn is an amazing Rolex boutique...probably the best selection I have ever seen in person. The last time I was there I received fantastic service from a very knowledgeable lady that spent lots of time "browsing" with my wife and I in a very low pressure manner.

I am not sure whether you subscribe to the "salespeople judge you by the watch you wear" theory, but I was wearing my 116619LB during my visit, so interpret that piece of information as you will:)

Been there several times. Best place to look at nearly all the pieces under one roof.

No, but if you get a good run on the craps table, pick something up from the Ferrari dealership.

Wynn Las Vegas - Rolex AD ?

I have bought from the local AD, also 100% retail as here in Hawaii they mostly cater to very wealthy individuals from all over Asia. Luckily, I've spent enough money there to garner a call just prior to the arrival of anything I'm looking for and hop on a low number waiting list (WG GMT currently). Hoping that will pay off when Rolex decides to revision a COMEX, Red, Double Red, or whatever. The age of Vintage (anything, not just watches) is just beginning IMHO, and just about any watch newsletter or forum is full of reissued requests of vintage models or write ups and discussions about ones coming out, just a matter of time.

On a related note of quality fine goods, time to put down a deposit for the 2015 AM Vantage GT, holy cow that is a bargain.

I've been there a few times, they have pretty much every single model made.

But... No discounts and they don't make you feel very welcome, as if they are doing you a favor...

I went there once after a long day on a racetrack, wearing jeans and a polo and not looking my best, they barely gave me the time of day.

I walked in the next day well dressed and with an AP Diver on the wrist and the attention was certainly better, but not what I expected.

So, go there to take a look and make sure to visit the Wynn store right across from it, incredible brand and model selection and better service.

I too felt like I was imposing at the Wynn Rolex Boutique. I had a much better reception at the Bellagio Rolex Boutique (down the way from Tourneau) -I was able to walk out of there with a Rolex #2 magazine after having great conversation about the new SeaDweller.

It's not so difficult to get good service, even at a snooty AD. If you're wanting to try on an all gold model simply walk in a with a platinum one on your wrist.
