I think I'll bloody well keep it !!

Hi guys,

After I finished with the impressive Power Reserve tests on the Crosswind, I've been wearing it the last 2 days and thought to myself....hell's bells....it is a beautiful looking watch....I bought it for a song.....and it's a bloody Chronometer certified Chronograph with unerring accuracy.

And it's one of the few SS watches out there with so much blasted BLING!!

What the heck? Might as well keep it!!

Now that JJ has made his pronouncement, I predict the Crosswind will be gone within a month.

Any takers?

Funny you should put it that way, John. See my post on CJ's thread: http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=4065

I don't know why you wouldn't keep it. It's a great watch that was had at a great deal. It's also your "break-in" chrono to see if you will ever want another. Just my two cents.

Haven't even shown it to Mansor's. Had advertised in the local Trade & Exchange some time ago. Couple of callers, but they never turned up.

Oh well, it does smile at me and does look good...so what the heck....might as well keep it....unless....you never know.....as Al says....

If JJ says he's keeping it I don't see why you should not take him seriously. It's not as if he says one thing and does another is it?

Not too good. You're a sweet guy with a subtle sense of humour and are a gentlemen's gentleman to boot.

You have to be like some of these ruffians here to start moving up that ladder!!

My fingers never touch steps. But you Dutchies are always putting your fingers in dykes, so I'm not surprised by your comment.

Fingers in dykes? That's the problem. He's wasting his time. They don't want HIS finger in them. I thought Frans' finger was alwayup his arse? And he's always sucking his thumb

I'm glad I'm not a MOD. To delete or not to delete, that's the question?

They'd never let you be a MOD here. You'd have to pass a urine test
