I don't normaly wear long sleeve shirts Paulie, but here in the Canadian winters, jackets with cuffs all the time and no worries there...!

Yes it is Patrick. I think it's a thing of beauty on all levels. I'm just thinking it's too much for one watch.

Congrats, you're gonna love it. Although as of todays date your seller is immensely misinformed, it isn't discontinued.

This is a DSSD love thread so no point of complaining here. The DSSD is over-the-top, some people love that, other's don't.

Not complaining at all. Just asking for opinions and offering some of my own. Isn't discussion part if what a watch forum us for?

'mailman' isn't complaining at all, in fact he's very much in LOVE with the DSSD, but can't bring himself to by one! I think he just has to give in and go for it ! As I tell and told before, no regrets with the DSSD

You guys are right. I absolutely love the watch Its amazing My thing is this. I don't baby my things but I do take good care of them. I'm thinking for day to day activities it might be too much for ME. My hand and wrist are big enough to pull it off too, no problems there. I think it might get knocked around a lot. Yes it's part of owning something, damage will happen. I need to get a feel if it can be an only one for me. It's an amazing watch on all levels I came to this thread for input and advice

I think it can easily be a one and only. After a short adjustment period it'll be just like any other watch. Extremely comfy in fact. I don't feel it will get knocked around more or less than a sub (if you beat up a Sub, you'll beat this one as much ... and the other way around).

PS, I meant give in, not give up ... as in "go for it!"

I'm fairly careful wearing my watches, and the DSSD isn't more prone to getting banged up than my GMT.

Yes it's just slightly bigger than 114060, it's even smaller than 44mm PAM, compare to AP it's smaller.
