Hi Every one...

I need to file a complaint with Rolex USA regarding an AD in Phoenix and was wondering If you have the address I can send my email to...??

I have look in rolex.com , but didn't find any links...Is it perhaps, they don't give a Sh**t about customer complaints..?? speaking of complaining, Do you know any case that Rolex USA did something about a filed complaint..??

Just pissed off and need to do something about it....

Have you tried the Better Business Bureau?

Add......I would Imagine most AD's would be and at least you'd get some type of answer.....might not be the one you're looking for, but at least you'd get a response.....

Thanks for the replies so far...
Problem I have is with Rolex AD, " NAUGHTON JEWELERS " IN PHOENIX, AZ...(I would not recommend anyone deal with these jacka$$es...)
I can't go to detailes till I get the matter resolved or not....
I will air the story and the result in a future posting.
Meantime, I do have the phone numbers listed above...Do we file complaint with these guys or is there a big cheese somewhere in N.Y. to contact with email with detailes of the complaint..???
