What's a considered a good deal on a daytona

Looking at a z series white dial, just want to get some opinions on what one should pay for a mint 2006 z series

Dealers ask mid-$9M, so anything less (low $9M) would be a good deal on a mint/full kit/old style clasp Daytona.
You will be competing with many others at that price. Demand is still high.

Not sure if you're aware of the differences between Z and Random. The former is $2-3K less for a reason, and not just because of the serial number.

Z retailed for $7900 before M came out, old clasp, green lume, no rehault (on most), skinner hands, more permanent links, different dial printing...

For preowned mint, I would recommend a Random from one of the Trusted Sellers, going price is $10.5K.

Z serials were first seen in mid to late 2006 and ran well into 2009 or so.

Condition is always the deciding factor on a watches value, not when it first hit the market. A few minutes on the Internet and you will easily find the range they are asking for.

A mint example would be at the top of the range, one in lesser condition would be worth less..

One in lesser condition would be worthless Larry??!! I need to keep my eyes open for a Daytona in less than pristine condition then!!

Actually, Z serial has the fatter hands as seen on the latest Daytonas from Geneva. The hands changed from skinny to less-skinny mid-F serial.
