Mr. Thesaurus is as verbose as always, but I do agree, hate fake "patina"!! Isn't that an oxymoron BTW?

My Root Beer has slightly mismatched hands due to original owner having them replaced when it was 10 years old. Now that it's going on 30, there is a perceptible difference but would never have a tint applied.
