Magnetized

If my 3120 movement constantly running fast does it mean that the watch is magnetised? If so can I just purchase any swiss made watch magnetizer?

May wanna skip that guy next time around...

Doesn't sound like it's magnetized, would be more like 30 sec+ fast. Plus it has pretty good antimagnetic protection, probably just needs adjustment.

Again: I think that AP would be willing to work with you on adding the three year warranty: even if registration was missed it can't have missed by much if watch was purchased in 2012, and at any rate it's so close to end of two year warranty period I'd think they'd be willing to adjust at no (or at least reduced) charge in any case.

+10 sec a day is manageable. Set it three minutes slow and adjust when three minutes fast, that's once every 36 days. Much safer than risking damage (or inadvertent magnetization through attempting to demagnetize a watch that may not need it yourself).

Another option: if seller you got from is reputable why not get a refund and get one in good shape from one of trusted sellers here? This is two in a row.
