16622 and 116622 Serial letters
Hi
It seems weird seeing posted a Yacht Master 116622 V serial.Blue dial. A beauty! Could be? In what year Rolex began selling the 116622? I thought it started with G or Random series. I like that watch. I also think that is uncommon Rolex continue manufacturing the 16622.. Are saying? |

Odd? Unusual?

The notice letter says G but the card says letter V. That's odd that the dealer still has a V series without selling it? Now they are almost 7 years. |

This is probably a random serial number, beginning with a V . Picture doesn't allow to see how many digits constitute the s/n, but it have to be 8 digits (Random s/n), or the Watch is a fake (but this YM seem genuine from that picture) ... Seller seems not to be very serious, the way he wrote his AD. |

watch does seem genuine but then again more pics would help. i dont think the blue dial came as early as a V-serial what what a coincidence it would be if the random serial just so happens to start with a V. Either way thats a bad lookin watch!
