In all seriousness, I think they look great! The date wheel on the YM is a particularly nice look. If you don't mind me asking, what are the specific modifications you made on the Explorer II?

It's not a 1655 it's a 1675 GMT two tone...

I know because he inspired me to do the same thing to mine.
Mines not as nice because I couldn't find a genuine orange 24 hour hand. I have an aftermarket one installed until I can find the right one..

I think the term "frankenwatch" is a derogatory term for a watch that's being misrepresented for sale. I think modding your watch with authentic parts is all about someone's personal preference. For me, I don't even like the idea of aftermarket straps on a Rolex. Modding your Rolex with OEM stuff is cool, just not for me.
