I think with those pics no one can help propper ;-)
Please post better pics including a shot of the serial and the reference between the lugs, caseback, shot from the left, shot from the right.... Then the experts can say more...... From what I can see, it could be a 5512 PCG case with a later 5513 matte dial, later handset, and later insert........maybe....but I'm not an expert! BTW: I really can not understand why so many people want to hear the opinion of the experts but are not able to shoot 5 or 6 good pictures of the important details |

I'm not expert either, but the dial is not 5512 but 5513 ...

That is a correct 5513 meters first matte dial. Hard to write more without better pics.

So at this point we can safely say that the dial in the watch is not original to the case. The dial should be a gilt gloss dial. To know which gilt gloss dial, it would be helpful to know the serial number and reference number between the lugs.

Looks like a nice mk iv 1680. Bracelet and insert look good.
Serial number will help to ensure it's the right dial for the case.
