FS: Vintage Rolex Submariner Ref. 5513 Meters First

Up for sale is a ref. 5513 Rolex Submariner (1.7 mil serial) ‘meters first’ in great condition.

Details:

Dial/Hands: Original ‘Meters First’ dial with a beautiful light cream patina and matching hands. Patina is perfectly even throughout the dial. There are light oil marks around the outer edge of the dial which are hard to capture on camera. This same oil appears to have touched the very edges of the lume plots. Scratches that appear in photos are on the crystal and not the dial.
Case/Crystal: Case is very robust with visible chamfers and is in good condition with normal scratches from use. Crystal has light scratches/crazing from use and age. Case back is stamped ‘IV 67’.
Bracelet/Strap: The watch includes a hand stitched leather strap fitted with a stainless steel Swiss made buckle.
Additional: The watch runs but service history is unknown
