Icon20 12 day training. VEGAS!

12 days from today we will host 'THE Vegas GTG'

In anticipation of this, and as all major events require, proper training is a must! Just as you would not want to drop out before the finish line in a marathon, it would be a disaster if you, say, happen to have a cramp on your right index finger while trying the 120th watch during the GTG.

My training will include (not limited to, but a good starting point)

-Having multiple drinks
-Eating like there is no tomorrow (wait...accomplished!)
-Putting on and taking off (including clasp open and closing procedures) watches in under 1.8 seconds
-Pulling cell/camera from my pocket, pointing and shooting in under 2.4 seconds
-Answer to all questions from home, 'It wasn't me'

...any excersises you suggest?

For my 1000th post, my training activity will be:

-All of the above minus the eating like there's no tomorrow (it's 5 degrees here with wind chill well below 0 and I don't feel like going grocery shopping)

-Giving my 16610 a nice bath with Veraet afterwards ( I forgot to do it Friday ).
-Repeating over and over "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas".
-cleaning my loupe (should I bring my loupe?)
-practicing taking pictures with my iphone, which I am terrible at.
-Rereading "Craps for Dummies"
-Transferring funds out of the joint checking account so my wife can't blow it all at the Blackjack table

Aside from all that just plodding through the next 12 days imagining what the earth looks like NOT covered in snow and ice and that the sun actually exists!

Good points coach!

Will begin immediately, as well as brushing up on arithmetic centering around the number "21".

12 day training. VEGAS!

While you boys are stuffed full of great food and libations (which is a 100% given with G there) can you please compile a complete list of "is it safe to" topics once and for all. (Maybe on a Bellagio napkin) We can make it a sticky and post one blanket response. Hell yeah!!! Have fun guys. I wish this damn job thing didn't keep getting in the way.
