Finally pulled the trigger and went Blue.........
On a previous thread I asked for feedback on the Red or Blue Black Bay. Well as per the title I went Blue and bought this 6 month old piece. Apologies for the pretty average picture.........

Fantastic and congrats on your new piece.
How does it compare to the Pelagos in your opinion? |

I'm coming from the Pelagos being my daily wearer for the last three months so I've got used to the lightness of the titanium but more so of the dullness of the titanium as well, especially when strapping back on a stainless steel BBB. The Pelagos doesn't wear as well (on me anyway) as the BBB and the Pelagos undoubtedly is a more of a 'tool watch'. Give me another month or so to wear the BBB as a daily wearer and I'll be better placed to provide a true comparison. If I had to decide now which is better - then it would the Pelagos but in a month it could be different story!!!

What I will say is that I really like what Rolex is doing with Tudor - without question using it as a brand for a different design approach and (IMHO) taking more risks.
I just don't see them (or ever) taking the same approach with Rolex but kinda of applaud them for that. Wouldnt want Rolex turning into Panerai and selling their soul (and history) to the devil with a proliferation of false patina and SE's........................

Congrats! I prefer the blue to the red also. I'm not a fan of faux patina. Wear it in good health.
