Incoming First Panerai!

Really enjoying it so far! Doesn't seem much love for this model but I like it!

Thanks guys. It seems the 526 is not too popular. I am not really a brand expert so not sure why this is. Anyone care to enlighten me please?

Congratulations. It's a stunning watch. I think to answer your question, IMO at least - is the MSRP. That alone will make it more scarce. I've never seen one posted, or if I did, maybe just once. Doesn't make it unpopular, just for that price point, there are other brands, etc to consider. I love that piece myself. Then again, I love Pams with a little something going on. Base is great too, but for me I like complications.

Thanks everyone and thanks for the comments on the pricing; actually for a manufacture flyback chrono movement with separate countdown function, I think it is a reasonable price, although I guess it is a step up in price point from many models from the brand for sure. I think at this price point too, Panerai should be starting to think of slightly more imaginative movement decoration, but I only say this as a PP/AP/RM collector which are at different price points.

Congrats on a rocking piece! One of my first Panerai was a 212 and I find the chronograph Panerai models very sporty and look great.

Enjoy!

I am still wearing it 3 days in, and it has some stiff competition in my collection, so that is a good sign!
