Leather or NATO for me. I honestly never liked NATOs until I got a few vintages lately and a few NATOs and started to really like them, plus you can swap them at a moments notice. Bonus: if a springbar breaks its likely the watch won't fall off.
I bought a few nice leather straps from Bulang and Sons and really like the way they finish them and the thickness of the leather.
