I really like the Blue Pelagos. Do you think this will come on a bracelet also or will it only come on rubber? I do like the blue rubber strap but I much prefer bracelets.

It was probably a silly question in the first place but I went online and it will come on bracelet and also include the same additional rubber strap that you get with the current model.

I wonder how the in-house movement will effect pricing?
Hopefully it will stay fairly low. Love the Pelagos!

I'm glad I have an ETA Pelagos - it has a nod to Tudors of old and I prefer the cleaner dial.

However, I'm wondering how this will affect servicing for the ETA powered BBs and Pelagos?

I like the blue a lot, just dont see a reason for a second dive watch in my set, if i did it would be a vintage snowflake...... but by all means I think it will be a big success.

Lack of the word Superlative and the addition of the word Pelagos are both welcome, but the guy in the ad looks like he just fell of a cruise ship.

End of the line for the Heritage series?

That FASTRIDER really hints strongly for me that Rolex will be releasing a Ceramic Daytona. I mean minus the colored dials...it really looks to me a lot like a Ceramic Daytona with no crown guards....I can only hope. ..

pelagos & five lines?

otherwise, looks pretty good, actually.

Same case thickness though as before :-(
Guess used old ETA Pelagos will drop in price dramatically now.

Think about it this way.....a used ETA Pelagos will cost you next to nothing to service. Wonder what a new movement service will run?

I guess the RSC/TSC will charge the same for either.

Exactly. That will maintain the values of the ETA Pelagos nicely I suspect.

Come on, the price of a service does not influence value of the watch. Definitely ETA will be lower in value than in-house.

I just wonder whether prices for new will go up immediately for Pelagos with in-house (Rolex made) movement.

in-house will be more expensive, but, whether it has more value is subject to debate.
