I found them in the Internet and they say they use all factory parts and can even tinker with the bracelet?? Just wondering if anybody has used them or heard how there work is??

I haven't heard of them before, but I'll offer up another suggestion. There is a member here who owns/runs time care inc, Riki... he comes very highly reccomended by others and uses all factory parts. http://www.timecareinc.com/

Agree with James above...also I have heard the name Michael Young if what you need is bracelet work.
