Help with GMT Master Crown possitions 1979
Hello,
I have aquired a 1675 GMT Master circa 1979. Does anyone have a link to a manual? - Curious about crown positions and don't want to force it. Specifically how do you advance the hour hand without moving the 24hour home time hand? |

Stop! Your watch does not have the independent hour hand feature that the gmtII has. In order to tell a separate time zone, you must rotate the 24 hour bezel.
1675s only have winding and time setting crown positions. This will especially prove to be time consuming when setting the date as you will have to cycle through 24 hours to move forward each day. They are great for every day, but if you let them 'rest' for a while it's a bit of a ballache sometimes to bring them up to speed. Worth it though, great timepiece.

The GMT 1675 just grows on you. Intellectually, I knew I wanted it. When I got it I was surprised at how much I liked it.
 I have worn it every week, but one, since I got it. It is very comfortable. You are really going to enjoy it. Mine says "Hi", too!
