BLNR and Batman

The Forum members with children will probably understand that they take great interest in what you, their parent does and what things you like. You may think they aren't listening, but they are.

My son, now three and a half has taken an interest in my passion, watches. Believe it or not, around the age of two, he asked me what a watch was. It was explained to him what a watch does and also I showed him my collection. He knows all of the models I have and the Submariner and GMT Master II are his favourite.

We decided to have a little fun today and took pictures of our watches. Enjoy.

I love it! My first Rolex (BLNR) is coming Monday...and my son (who I nicknamed Bruiser) turns two tomorrow. Looking forward to sharing my love for watches with him soon!

Very cool Eric!
My boys (11 and 14) know my passion well and have interest as well. It's funny when we walk through a mall or airport and one of them will say "hey dad, did you see that guy had on a Daytona?" They even spot other brands like AP, Panerai etc.
As for my 4 yr old daughter, she's still learning...:)

Very cool. It's even more fun when he develops his own taste in watches. My son is interested in Pateks.

That's great!
My 11 year old son has always had a huge interest in my 16610LV Sub.
However ever since I got the SD4000 he seems to be loving it more. It is nice that they share our interests. We were in an airport Thursday and he comes running back to tell me "Dad, they have watches in the Duty Free Store".
Very cool

No doubt. It seems like we just had babies and then my son turns 13 last week and my daughter is leaving for SpaceCamp in Alabama with her 5th grade class on Monday. Enjoy those years.

We cannot have any more kids but are thinking about adopting. People think we are nuts. But to most people the guy that buys $10,000+ watches is already crazy.

My neice & nephew both have their own Flik Flaks. LOL My neice, the fashionista with her dresses, purses & shoes, also has to wear her watch every day. She's just over 3! hahahahaha

Thanks Travis. Can't wait till he gets older.

Last year when we went shopping for my birthday present, my son asked the AD if they had the GMT for his daddy. Everyone at the AD was surprised.
