Genuine Rolex markings question

Do Rolex still engrave the Rolex Crown at the very bottom of the glass? My wife owns an Oyster Date 15200 which she wears daily. It's 7yrs old now and that has a engraved Crown at the very bottom of the glass, and I was wondering if this is still used to identify genuine watches?
I was also wondering if Tudor do anything to identify a genuine watch similar to what Rolex does with the glass, as I bought a new Tudor Black Bay from an AD for Christmas?

You can just see the Crown at the bottom of the glass

You didn't see it, but it's there ...

All have it , except Milgauss GV.

Seeing or not seeing the LEC is not the best way to tell if a Rolex is genuine. The only fool proof way is to look inside the watch - or better still take it to someone who knows what he is looking at.

Why would you want to check the Tudor you bought from an AD

I don't believe Tudor does, but I stand to be corrected. But as James said, not sure what your concern is if bought at an AD?

Its the Internet that dictates what should be or not to be on a Rolex watch, and I am sure if someone stated there was a picture of of Hans Wilsdorf instead of the Rolex emblem on crystal. It would not be long before this turned up on Internet forums, while there is a lot of good information on the net.Likewise there is almost a equal amount of misinformation and on the Tudor line no LEC on crystals and when buying a Rolex or Tudor from any AD world wide you can be 100% sure whatever should be there it will be there..
