Best is purely subjective. I kind of like the camel tan, but then again, I'm more of a bracelet guy.

I am not a fan of leather on a diver's watch...it doesn't seem like a good match for the purpose the watch is designed for. Just my opinion of course:)

Sorry but I think the 114060 was born to be on that bracelet nothing else.

I think it looks best on the bracelet though I am always itching to put it on a rubber strap or nato for weekend wear..

Of the leather straps above, I think the vintage dark brown is nice.

A modern Submariner like the 114060 should be worn on the Oyster bracelet.
A vintage Submariner can be worn on a leather strap if you want to.

Help me pick leather strap for my 114060 Submariner

Is bulangandsons.com considered the best place for this type of straps? I need to buy one too.

I can't vote. I like Rubber B on a new Rolex diver, but I think leather only looks cool on vintage.

You have a beauty of a Sub!

A 114060 IMO should be on a modern style rubber or leather strap but preferably the Oyster. The vintage style straps you have pictured above are modeled with vintage models and suit them much better.

I chose the camel strap from B&S because it went well with my dial.
In all honesty, I have not worn one of the newer ceramic models on a strap, so I can't comment on that result.
Good luck on deciding, it comes down to what you like best

Here's a picture to give you an idea

good example above , the tan matches well with the patina , but thats not the case on a ceramic or the likes ,,, so ill stick with a bracelet , or rubber.

I couldn't do a strap on the 114060. Bracelet only.
Vintage is another story. Of those four straps, I prefer the camel.

Those vintage style straps are ideal for older style Subs, I don't really like them on the SubC though. If you really want one of those straps, I wouldn't go brownish with a ceramic bezel, black would be fine I guess.

Here's a black one on my 2-liner.
