datejust 16013

Hi guys I know you must get this question alot however I was wondering whether you can spot on warning signs on this 16013. Does it look at first glance safe to purchase? If so also does it look in good condition again at first glance? I know its only one picture however any input would be appreciated, thanks.

Pretty big gap between the endlinks and case I would worry about the originality of the band, need more pics.

Thanks for your help, your right I didn't notice that gap this is why good to share. Not sure whether these extra pictures will help? They say everything is original, obviously due to the age these bands are changed often to cheaper after market do you think the bracelet is aftermarket then or still to hard to tell by these pictures? Thanks again

Thank you for reply, I thought this too does look very stretched. Apart from that by the pictures does it look original? The company get good feedback just want expert advise from the images. I have been looking at 16233 do you think its better to go for 16233? Which model do you prefer? As far as I am aware its just the glass that is different? Everyone has been very helpful good to get some advice, thanks again.

I decided to go for it, took it to my local ad this morning and he confirmed everything is original so very happy with purchase. This is my first vintage Rolex purchase I usually buy new. It is 1978 14k and wears so comfy I prefer the fit to my explorer 2.

Here is my 1982. If your band is really stretched send it to Michael Young. He did mine and it is like new.
