Yes service dial.

No serifs on the sub-dials is also a sign.

Have never heard of this "turning pink" before. Is this a thing now?

I've seen this same type service dial before with the DAYTONA turning more pink than this one in question. Perhaps a "feature" of this batch of service dials. On this it's very small amount of fade though.

Watch is way over-priced for what it is imo. I'd say 30,000 Euro would be the high end of acceptable price from a bricks n mortar dealer for this piece.

Agreed, EUR39K is very high for that one. Looks like the dealer is hoping that the "turning pink" feature warrants some additional value in the same way that tropical dials do. I think that is an extremely hopeful proposition...
