Most men Oyster need a 1.6mm screwdriver. For others I need the bracelet reference.

Make sure to use the correct, non-tapered style flat head.

A Hollow Ground screwdriver. Parallel tip might be the same or similar from what I quickly saw on google.

You want the one on the right.

I use a hollow-ground 1.6 that came in a $5 set. No damage so far, and quite a few bracelets sized.

I found 1.6mm Rolex screw driver in eBay, but have not pulled the trigger yet:

Just to note..that's not actually a "Rolex screwdriver", it's just a screwdriver that happens to be the right size for a Rolex. Seller has a lot of negative feedback, too.

Super jubilee requires 1.2mm screwdriver. All oyster bracelets 1.6mm as stated above.
Best

A follow up question: Are new watches shipped with all the links in the bracelet?
