18038 from the early to mid 80's. I'd say its vint ah e, the onyx dials are stunners for sure.

Most definitely vintage.
Very rare watch in slow set if it is in fact a 1601 slow set plastic crystal which it in looks to be. These were made for a very short time and fall in a fairly specific serial range if they are originally equipped lapis watches. Circa 1978. Very shortly the 16018 was introduced.
