Collectors Q: Will I sell one?

For those of you with collections, do you think I will want to sell one under these circumstances? I have a WG DD II (my everyday wristrider) and I am thinking about a PT DD 40. I also have a PAM 111 (my son appropriated it :)), A Portuguese Chrono Classic in RG (dressy), a TT GMT Master II (weekender) and a Breitling Aerospace (former weekender).

If I get the DD 40 PT, will I want to sell the DD II WG because they're similar and no doubt the DD II may not get much wrist time? (also it wouldn't hurt to use the cash to defray the cost of the new one).

At that price range, I would keep the wg dd and save up for the platinum piece

I would trade the DD II in for the DD 40. Sensible replacement and will ease the cost of the new acquisition.

Wg and Pt. DD's do seem redundant, especially in a concise and diverse collection.

If you like the plat DD40 I would flip for it. The ice dial and plat are worth the premium and I doubt you'd wear the WG much and it's too much money tied up then.

I would trade the WG for the new DD40 PT if the new DD40 was more comfortable.

My guess is with Plat and that amazing ice dial you would not wear the wg again...and honestly why would you..I'd say flip it for Plat dd
