Love the blue dial on that one! It's a wow! Close in shade of blue to the Bluesy Sub but a clean and simple dial. Congrats

So I went with the blue OP. I wasn't too sure about those green markers at first, but they grew on me, and add a splash of color and originality to go along with that stunning blue.
I haven't regretted my decision, and the more I look at that clean blue dial, the more I like it and know I've made the right choice.
How about a dial close-up; I'd love to see it!!!

Just picked up a new 39mm OP in Chicago last week. Loved all of the dial colors, but I ended up choosing dark rhodium. It's beautiful! Here's a shot of it next to my old OP Date (circa 1983).

Love the blue/green. Anyone else thinks it might be a nautical nod to the blue/green of the DSSD? (since OP is the original "diver" watch in the range)

these new OPs are so nice, it takes away the sting of the AK name being retired.

really like the op 39. That grey is pulling me more than the blue. Confused now on which one to pick up.

It might be just me but I am a bit taken aback by the sharp case edges on the OP 39. I dont think many people who comment on how nice it is have managed yet to see it in person. PLease dont purchase before you see it and decide if it is for you. It left me a little underwhelmed for some reason. I dont know why, but something was off. May be it is the point and shamefully Im missing bit of a bling, perhaps it was too reserved. It is a nice watch for sure, and is a great choice for someone who doesnt want anyone to notice what watch they are wearing or be self consious about it. Hard to say, just didnt sing to me I guess. But on OPs hand it looks great, as it always does in pics. Just in metal I was missing something and I still cant figure out what exactly.

OP, wear in good health!

I guess the left one is 1500? Both are great watches.

I recently got an Explorer I, but had those been out, they would have been in the running. Very nice.
