Panerai it is
Been kicking around the idea of Pams as the next watch pick up, finally settled on it. Can't have an AP without first getting a Pam, so... here it is. You guys can steer me in the right direction about which Pam to get.
I want to stay around 10kusd. I love the 90, 111, 212, and 253. What recommendations do ya'll have. 44mm case with full crownguard is a must. A sniper should be able to tell, with ease, that I'm wearing a Pam. Any recommendations? |

Personally, I'd go for the 111. It's affordable at $5,200, part of the ultra classy historical collection and has a sandwich dial, small seconds, and sapphire crystal case back so you can gaze at the cool looking hand-wound movement. I think it makes a great starter Pam for sure.
Keep us posted as to which one you decide on............And pic's are MANDATORY!! |

Of the 4, I agree with Felly...you can also easily dress it up or down with simple strap changes.

of the ones you mention i like the 111 the best.
just had to face the same decision; what first pam to get. most ADs only have a small selection, so its tough to compare them side by side. you may also like the 112, which is the same as the 111 without the second hand. very uncluttered and looks great! cant go wrong with any of them. |
