Oyster half link
Finally got my hands on an oyster half link from the submariner glide lock clasp. Now I just need to polish the center link... Any suggestion on how to to it?
What a difference of meekness to the fit of the watch. I really suggest this approach to anyone having trouble getting the watch/clasp to sit centered on the wrist. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using Tapatalk |

Just about any jeweler should be able to polish the center link. Good move btw, I did the same with my GMT2c and it's so nice to be able to get the right fit.

Does anyone know if they have a 1/2 link for a Platinum Oyster Bracelet? Thanks in advance for your insight!

joroz001 glad you got a good fit, any chance you can do a photo of the clasp facing up so I can see how your clasp is centred?

FYI, I just spoke with the RSC in Beverly Hills. They said there is no half link for a Platinum Oyster Bracelet. They did offer to take a look at mine and try to perfect the fit. Finally, despite Rolex not having the half link, so far, the RSC has been extremely courteous, professional, and accommodating.

For the President bracelet there's no half link available (too small ), but there's 1.1/4 links.
It's available in all PM for 20mm 8320x on DD and for 21mm 8321x on DDII, as well as for 13mm 8313x and 16mm 8316x for some Lady DJ. It's probably available for 21mm 8341x on DD40 as well. Quote:

OP: Looks good. I wish Rolex would make these available in the PCL flavor.
As far as polishing, three options: DIY and use something like Cape Cod...make sure you tape off the brushed parts Have a pro do it Leave it be, no one will ever notice |

Yep on my 114060 i had to use the half link on the six o clock side it really made all the difference. I wore it without it for many months till i tried the half link out. I have a smaller wrist and for the watch to sit right i need 4.5 links on each side lol lucky me but with glidelock there is no problem setting it properly on the 12 o clock side.

Half link is part number 32-21029 for the 97200 non pcl bracelet. Go to Rolex and ask them if you could buy that part number from them and see what they tell you. Im wild guessing here but it would probably be 80-100 dollars if you could buy it. A screw cost me 30 dollars.
