Used Rolex in UK

Hi there
Im new to the forum and in need of advice
I am looking to purchase a used Rolex date / datejust for my daughters 21st birthday next year
Ideally a 1995 timepiece would be amazing to match her year of birth but I really dont know where to start looking and I know the year may be a big ask so a good price on any year of watch would be appreciated
I am absolutely terrified of purchasing and finding there are issues with the watch so was wondering if you could recommend trustworthy dealers who provide a good service and are offer genuine products
Also is there any particular model which holds its price better
Any advice would be great
Thanks

Have you had a look at Watchfinder? I've used them a couple of times with no issues. They also list the date of the watches which should help in your search. Good Luck.

I have been considering buying from watchfinder myself and also selling my watch but came across some really bad reviews recently. Poor customer service, misleading descriptions, scratches etc that wasn't mentioned before, damaged bezels, gave less money then promised for watches etc etc. So I'm thinking twice about buying from them and also selling.

Having said that ... it was 1 bad review in every 15!

I've used a gentleman called Malcolm Gillan for a while. Trustworthy and incredibly knowledgeable. Find him on Chrono24 or pm me

I have used Watchfinder. I found them very good to deal with, I will be getting my wifes watch from them too.

Haywood Milton who is on this forum has an extensive range of watches at Miltonaires. I have bought Rolex off him at his shops, and is good. He sells new and pre-owned Rolex.
