Saw this Explorer on Facebook and I am wondering if it is fake? To me the dial just doesn't look right. What do ya'll think?

Looks like one of those artificially aged "Explorers" you see rep guys making. They seem to think everyone with an old Rolex lets it get all "aged" looking rather than keeping it looking as pristine as possible.
