Explorer II 1655 with Service dial

I have few Qs for the 1655 owners club members: Has anyone had a service luminova dial and hands installed in their Explorer II 1655? How does it affect the overall value of the watch? How hard is to find and how much would such a spare parts set could fetch?
I'm considering buying a 1655 as a new "beater" and personally I wouldn't mind the luminova service dial and hands especially at night...

I installed a lumi service dial n hand set on my 1655. I knew I'd wear this watch a lot and didn't want to worry about damaging the tritium while jumping in the pool, playing tennis, skiing, hot tub etc. so I sold the very nice original tritium dial and hand set for a good price, picked up the service replacements on VRM, and had the lumi colored to give a tritium patina-like look. Perfect for my taste and use. As for value between a 1655 with an original dial and handset vs. service, it really depends on the condition of the original tritium dial and handset. In the case of a very nice original dial and hand set, all else being equal, I'd estimate the difference in value being in the 3-5K USD ballpark.
