ideas on darkening stitch color on leather strap?
Have Cellini Danaos with white stitching on black strap and like it all black. Would appreciate suggestions on how to accomplish this. Sharpie? shoe polish? I've seen this mentioned here before but couldn't find it in archives. Thanks!

Black leather dye can be found at most places that sell shoe polish..

I'd start with sharpie, then go to dye, if the sharpie doesn't hold.

I'm not sure about DIY cause not all threads take Ink or Dye, especially if synthetic materials are in the thread. The thread may end up with blots of dark color if it doesn't fully absorb the Dye.
