"My" watch on other wearer's...

As I have the two "most popular" Rolex models, plus my wife's DJ, often encounter other's wearing the same watch I am.
Not as much with the Sub but it sometimes seems to me that DJ's on others look a little "different" than mine... kinda like hearing your own voice on tape sounds off... anyone else experience this? Could be because I see so many more DJ's I guess...

I know what you mean. I get the same thing when I see my car on the road, and think mine looks way better than that....

I don't see many rolexs in the circle I run in.

I know the feeling. That's why I could never buy a sub or DJ, despite my fondness for them.

I always think they look better on other peoples wrist!

I saw a guy wearing a 16613 Sub the other day and thought "gee that looks great".

I put mine on and as much as it looked good, it just didn't pop on my wrist.

Weird but true.

Bob.

Not weird at all, and I feel the same way when I see my watches on other peoples wrist (usually my friends trying mine on since I have never seen any from my current line up in the wild).

I think it is because I have larger wrist than most people, but when I see it on others wrist it definitely reminds me why I bought the watch.
