comparison SUBc vs. GMT Iic lugs
Hi guys,
going around the forum looking for green Sub-c and BLNR GMT IIc comparisons (I'm pulling the trigger on one of them), it seems to me that GMT IIc lugs are a bit slimmer than those of the Sub-c. I owned a 116710 in 2010 (superluminova, not chromalight) in parallel with a 116610LN, so I could compare the two cases - side by side - a lot of times. I am aware that the case thick is different, but I am sure that lugs were exactly the same. Is it possible that Rolex "secretly" changed the case of the GMT, with the introduction of the BLNR model (> 2011)? Is there anybody that own both the time pieces (or Sub-c, BLNR and LN GMT IIc) and could post a side by side lugs picture?

I have noticed that the Blnr lugs are slightly narrower than Sub C. The crown is slightly shorter too..or protrudes less. The case sits WAY lower on the wrist too. These are all part of the reasons why I am buying a Blnr next. I couldn't get comfortable with my Bluesy Sub C.

OP, as you can see, this topic has been discussed, reduced to actual measurements and put to bed some time ago. The GMTII-c lugs have always been slightly narrower.
