Traded 2 weeks ago, reunited today!!!

About two weeks ago, I completely swapped my collection and one of the watches I got rid of was my BLNR. About two days later, I realized I made a huge mistake! Today, I made it right and bought another one brand-new from my local A.D. I will never sell this one again. I must've gone temporarily crazy but this was a lesson learned. The next wrist it will go on will be my sons one day!

Sometimes you just don't what you've got until it's gone...

Congrats on getting that beauty back.

It's kind of funny- the two Rolexs I have now (BLNR and TT DJII Slate grey w/green Romans) are both watches I've had once but reacquired both later.

It's true- my next one will be either a Hulk (I've had), DJII Smooth bezel blue Romans (I've had), or the blue Milgaus(haven't had).

Glad to see you got it back. What did you flip the previous BLNR for?

Congrats on the reunion. I have traded a few pieces away also and I'm hoping to get them back some day.

So I traded my BLNR, DJII Smooth blue Romans, and a Tag Carrera for two DJIIs (TT slate grey Romans and the 116334 fluted with black sticks). So, I got rid of the 116334 after a week and got the BLNR back. Missed it way too much! My wife was right.....

This thread has existed in various incarnations since I joined this forum and I've dodged several bullets by following all your advice and NOT flipping my core pieces. Thank you RF.

Good that you could reacquire it. Been there before. Now you know it's place in your collection.

Glad you were able to quickly get another one, sometimes you don't realize how much you really like something until it is gone.

Quite a few owners actually flipped the BLNR and realized they actually miss it once it's gone. Congrats on getting it back, Rick!

On watches guess sometimes you have to let it go to really know if you like it or not! Glad you were able to get another one, hope was not a big $$ lesson!
