It's for the diver so you have to get the larger diver buckle as well

The leather looks better, but I voted rubber because of the functionality. I felt the same way about my Overseas Deep Stream. I almost exclusively wore it on rubber, but it looked best on the grey croc.

The grey rubber is great for summer wear, during most of the year I wear it on the grey hornback.

I like the look of the leather strap, but for feel/comfort I would order the rubber.
