Should I wear my Rolex...

...When doing a "Psychotecnical test"?

Hello guys, im going to get a gun license... and as you can see in this message title, im not sure if I should wear it. Somepeople dont think or even notice if you wear a watch, but since is that kind of test, they may look at me and think 'Damn this guy is so fucking crazy paying a lot of money for a watch that 'only tells the times' Void seal here now! What you would do?

Thank you for your opinion! ;)

I would just wear the watch and don't think about what others say or think.

I don't think it should be a problem. Go ahead and wear your watch. They'll only mind things that are relevant to the application, which, in this case, is your getting a gun license. What watch you're wearing has no bearing on whether or not you should be given a license.

Just an opinion.

Good luck, either way!

Its your watch, who really cares what others will think. If you wear your watches everyday, then continue to wear them everyday.

If you feel like you want to leave your watch at home when you go, then leave it at home. But don't let what other people will think about you dictate if you will wear your watch or not. Wear the watch because you want to.

Wear long sleeves to cover your watch if you like.

Hi Antonio,

IMO and as a pistol shooter of 30 years. I think you might fail the Psycotechnical test.

You certainly failed the language test.

Maybe if I do it in US... but not in my home country, where I can perfectly read and type Spanish

Thanks guys, I will wear it without any worry ;)

A watch is there to be worn

If they like good watches themselves they will appreciate it

If they dont appreciate watches, they won't notice it

no brainer- wear the watch

I don't know about the culture in Spain regarding status and values regarding watch choices and attitudes therewith. I am a firearms certificate holder here in the UK and spend quite a few hours with the authorities talking about watches and firearms. absolutely no prejudice at all. Just costs me a fortune in coffee

Be yourself IMHO

Who cares what watch you wear for something like this? I can recommend another forum that handles a LOT of questions like this, if you want it.
