OMG I paid 7.5k over list price~
I just got my pam 249 in today..it was a huge risk of getting this watch at nearly 8k over what it went for new. Radiomir 1936 made worldwide with plex crystal and panerai's most simple movement that is in their $4800 model..
i was starting to regret the purchase the day i sent the wire, but when i got the watch and open the box~!!!! man now i see why this watch is the hottest and most desireable since 06. it is all about the design..yet limited but not super limited. 1938 piece? not bad vs 50 or 300 to 500 piece in their LE edition..now this watch sells for more than 14k-15k and i can see the potential of getting right up there with 127 and 217 model which are 2005 LE's in 47mm 1950 case with same movement and i've seen them go 20k-24k, Member's~!! let me know what you think~!!!!!! |

Jyogi, It was not made or designed to be strapped on your bare wrist, but over the top of your dive suit for combat diving operations! Be a great watch for Kayaking!

I wouldn't kayak or dive with a watch thats only water resistant to 30m especially one with a plastic crystal!

Just seeing the title I KNEW it must have been a 249.
Great pics and congrats. I wouldn't mind one of those either. Be sure to share some to the comments you get on that baby and change out that crappy strap ASAP. |

Congrats! Great piece with cool roots to the history. And I am pretty sure that in time it will be worth well more than double the list value. Congrats again.

Congrats, you did good on that one. It is very photogenic so I hope to see some more photos down the line.
I think it looks great size wise on your wrist too.
