116618LB or 116719
I'm having a difficult time choosing between the 116618LB and 116719. It would be great to have both but I can only purchase one. For reference, my other watch is a 116520 (white dial).
Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks! |

Completely different watches IMO. Do you need the GMT function? That should help narrow it down

The GMT function is not a requirement. I am looking at it from a pure aesthetic perspective.

Id go with the blue gold sub if I was lucky enough to afford it.

You have white metal so go yellow... I'd then save and trade for the BLRO too.

Yeah, this one would be hard to beat from an aesthetics viewpoint. (Nice shot, Neil!)
The only thing I would suggest: if you're looking for something that is a little more subdued than the YG sub, the BLRO fits the bill nicely. Both great watches and I hope to own both someday. I just don't see one or the other as an option. |

I choose BLRO....the daytona is a very comfortable watch, please make sure you find the Submariner comfortable before spending that much money. It sits very high on the wrist and does not feel nice for me.

from the perspective of the watch alone, I would go Sub as it's the best Rolex sports model in the world, ever, ever, ever.
However, if I had to pick one of those two it would have to be the BLRO for me simply because I can't wear YG. It just doesn't suit me. If I was in the market for PM, I would go for the WG Sub.

wow nice choice! I think you will cave to the pressure, and go YG, but I still say go for the BLRO...
I just had this same experience, and I went out of the room, and landed a Blue Whale...The 116619, "smurf"

I prefer the YG Sub or the YG GMT. Both are great watches. For me the WG is beautiful but for the money I would do the YG. I own both.

Same here. I appreciate the PM Pepsi but cannot get my head around it. The Smurf was a very easy decision for me. |
