Just rinse afterwards in fresh water otherwise all good

I also hear that too much humidity in the air will wear the links on the bracelet out and make the watch explode.

Clasp was full of sand on my 16013 when I built a sandcastle with my daughter but a quick rinse in the sea took care of it. No worries
