I have a IV 72 GMT and it has open sixes and nines. Not a Sub expert but it looks ok, probably need some better pics, and the experts to chime in.

can you show pics of the sides? looks like a fat case....replaced insert. i assume the datewheel is a silver open 6/9's too?
This is not a mark 4 dial. Perhaps a mark 5, which i think is ok for that range. |

This is not a Mark IV dial, looks like Mark VI, which should be from 3.X to 4.0M serial.
